Payment by cash (sterling), PayPal and cheques accepted
A 50% deposit is payable at the time of booking, with the balance due on arrival.
This can be paid by cheque, PayPal, or we can send you an invoice to be paid by credit card.
A booking once accepted is a legal commitment and guests are liable for the whole amount of the booking in the event of a cancellation where it is not possible to re-let the room.
In order to cover this, it is recommended that guests should consider taking out travel insurance.
A minimum stay of 2 nights is usually required over weekends and Bank holidays.
We don’t allow guests to smoke in Redwood or Redwood Cottage, but outside smokers are welcome.
We don’t allow pets to come into Redwood or Redwood cottage but they are welcome if they sleep in your car.
Guests are asked to arrive between 4pm and 6pm.
Departure is by 10am.
We can be flexible, so if this isn’t suitable, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can arrange an alternative time.
